We also collect documents you upload, AI prompts, generated resources, payment status (processed by our payment provider), technical information such as IP address and browser type, and usage analytics needed to operate the platform.

Your information is used to create and manage your account, generate educational resources, process payments, provide customer support, improve the platform, comply with legal obligations, and protect the security of the service.

KlasKamer uses trusted third-party providers, including AI providers for document generation and Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record, for subscription billing, top-up purchases, tax and invoicing. We do not store your card details; we receive only your subscription tier, credit balance and payment status. Only the information necessary to perform those services is shared.

You remain the owner of documents you upload. By uploading content, you grant KlasKamer permission to process it solely to provide the requested service.

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect your information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information where applicable under South African law by contacting info@klaskamer.com.

KlasKamer is governed by the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). This policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updated policy.
